We ship all orders from Estonia, Tallinn. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.  Your package should arrive in 5-15 business days (excluding weekends).  Please note that Canadian orders may be held by customs without notice, causing delays.

We ship most orders within one business day of purchase. We usually do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. After you have completed the purchase, you will receive an order confirmation receipt at the email address you entered with your order.

We use Estonian Post (Omniva) as the standard shipping method and DHL/FedEx/Other fast worldwide shipping method.

  • How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that changes of address will not show up in the confirmation email and tracking numbers will take up to 24 hours to update.

  • How long does delivery take?

All orders are dispatched within one business day after the payment is processed.
Delivery time (for 95% of the orders) is 1-3 days with DHL

Delays may sometimes occur mainly due to the work of your home postal service.

  • Will I have to pay additional customs duties or taxes? 

Where sales tax applies, your online order will show tax applicable to the destination to which your order is shipped or delivered. Most of our clients reported that they were not subject to any tax.

  • Domestic shipping:

Free delivery on orders over 100 €, only within Estonia (excludes courier service, which is free of charge if the order exceeds € 150).

90% of all orders will be posted on the day of the purchase! Provided that the order is completed and the payment is received before 15:00.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be posted on the following Monday.

NB! Payments that are made via a Bank Link will be received instantly and payments that are made via bank transfer are received 3 x a day.

  • Itella SmartPOST parcel terminal (3 €)

Smartpost terminals are located in large shopping centres.

You can find the locations of the machines here. In order to use this service, you must provide a valid mobile number, so that a door code can be sent to you via SMS. An email will be sent to you when the parcel has arrived.

  • Omniva courier service (€ 3.40)

Omniva (formerly Post24) parcel terminals are located outside most large shopping centres. You can find the locations of the machines here.

When your parcel has arrived, you will be notified either via SMS or e-mail. The message will include: the location of the parcel terminal, a personal door code, a return code, the collection deadline. To access the parcel you must enter a personal door code.

  • Omniva courier delivery to your home or workplace (7:30 €)

A courier will deliver the parcel to your chosen address within 2 working days. Normally, the couriers work in the daytime, so it is important to have someone at that address during the day when you’re expecting a delivery. The courier may call in advance, but this is not necessarily the case. If the person receiving the parcel is at work during the day, the delivery address should be their workplace.

Fivefingers is not accountable if the courier cannot reach the client. In that case, the parcel will be taken to a post office, where the receiver can collect it by bringing with them a piece of identification.

  • Omniva parcel delivered to a post office (4.00 €)

You can collect the parcel from a post office of your choice. You will receive a message from the post office as soon as you can go and collect it. Your parcel will be stored at the post office for 15 days.

  • Personal collection (free)

Vibram store is located in Tallinn, Estonia at Maakri 19/21. Mon-Fri 11:00-17:30, Sat 11:00-15:00 pm, Sun closed.
